Order Cancellation Policies
Due to our rapid delivery capabilities, cancellation of custom orders must be done within three days from date of original order. Orders for items in stock can be shipped the next day so cancellation may be difficult.

Jacobs Jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee. If any problems should occur, we will repair or replace the item. Details are included with purchase.
Return Policies
If not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges) in its original condition (free of scratches, missing parts, marks, etc.) within 30 business days. Holiday purchases made bewteen November 1st and December 14th: we will extend the refund and exchange policy until January 15th. Engraved and or Customized items may NOT be returned.
